How to Update Your Payment Method

Keeping your payment method up to date ensures smooth renewals and uninterrupted service. This guide explains how to securely update or change your saved payment details in your client area.


Step 1: Log Into Your Client Area

  • Visit our website and click on Client Login

  • Enter your email address and password to access your account


Step 2: Navigate to Payment Methods

Once logged in:

  • Click on Billing from the top menu

  • Select Payment Methods

Here, you’ll see a list of your saved payment methods, including credit/debit cards or PayPal (if applicable).


Step 3: Add a New Payment Method

  • Click Add New Credit Card or Add PayPal Account

  • Fill out the required details:

    • For cards: Name on card, card number, expiration date, CVV

    • For PayPal: You’ll be redirected to log in and authorize

  • Click Save Changes

You can now select this as your default method for future invoices.


Step 4: Remove or Replace a Payment Method

To delete an outdated method:

  • Go to Billing > Payment Methods

  • Click the trash icon next to the method you wish to remove

Make sure you have another method saved before removing your only active one.


How Payment Methods Are Used

  • If AutoPay is enabled, the default method will be charged automatically when an invoice is due

  • You can still manually choose a different payment method at checkout for any invoice


Troubleshooting Tips

  • Double-check for typos in card numbers and expiration dates

  • Ensure your card is not expired or blocked by your bank

  • For PayPal, confirm your account is verified and funded
