Getting Started with cPanel: A Beginner’s Guide

How to Access cPanel

There are two main ways to log into your cPanel dashboard:

From the Client Area:

  • Log in to your client portal.

  • Navigate to Services and select your hosting package.

  • Click the "Login to cPanel" button — no password needed!

Using a Direct Link:

  • Go to: http://yourdomain.com/cpanel

  • Enter your cPanel username and password (provided in your welcome email).

Ensure your domain is pointing to our servers before using the direct link.

Understanding the Dashboard

The cPanel interface is divided into sections for quick access to everything you need:

  • Files: File Manager, FTP Accounts, Disk Usage

  • Domains: Add-on domains, subdomains, redirects

  • Email: Email accounts, webmail, forwarders

  • Databases: MySQL databases, phpMyAdmin

  • Metrics: Bandwidth usage, error logs, visitor stats

Use the search bar at the top of cPanel to quickly find what you’re looking for.
